- Drafting, review and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDA), material transfer agreements, research and development contracts for leading companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including Bayer AG and other global pharmaceutical companies
- Legal review and negotiations of research and development agreements as well as consortium agreements with universities and research institutions (e.g. Fraunhofer Institut)
