Industrial Parks and Plant Construction

Attorneys at v. We have also advised clients on the establishment of industrial parks. We therefore have many years of experience in how the legal relationships between the operators of chemical sites and the site users can be structured in a way that support the business of our clients. This includes the regulation of jointly used real estate or infrastructure, and the legally secure supply of energy and raw materials required by several site users.

In plant construction, we advised Ticona on the relocation of its plant for engineering plastics from Kelsterbach to Industriepark Höchst, one of the largest industrial settlement projects in Germany in the last 20 years. We therefore have a great deal of practical experience of how industrial construction projects are structured and how they are to be structured in terms of contract law.
